A proposal for a client who wanted to build a modern house in his home town without having to disturb the existing trees and the well on the site. There was also the need for privacy on the left side of the house as there was another residence in close proximity, A cantilevered slab was something uncommon in the area where this building design was being proposed and hence the excitement to try something new!
