• Worked on all aspects of design detailing that was unique to each project using AutoCAD and Sketchup

• Created working drawings for the projects

• Expenditures planning for each project in form of BOQs reviewed at various project phases

• Developed a network of consultants that became a go-to for all our projects

• Managed company finances, including taxation/compliance, as well as project finances

• Played the role of project manager by over seeing quality, assessing deadlines and handling project meetings

• Researched local byelaws and created sanction plans, area statements and worked around all the rules that were in place.

• Developed the brand kit for the company which included letterheads, visiting cards and tools that aided in creating a smooth workflow within the company
